These two very talented entertainers have stayed at Boat Harbour Resort since 2007 and whenever in Hervey Bay. Rosalind and I always enjoy their company.

They were here just last weekend 4 & 5 March performing at the Hervey Bay Boat Club.

Greg & Laura Doolan never let their audience down. On stage, the former front man of Australia's most successful cabaret band - Wickety Wak, consistently gives his audiences a live show they won't forget in a hurry. The combination of humour and incredible vocal talent is complimented by his ability to read the audiences. Greg now teams up on stage with Australia's Female voice of the Year - Laura Doolan ( yes! Greg's wife.) Which adds further to the absolute uniqueness of this entertainment package. Laura Doolan is stunning and exceptionally talented. With a voice comparable to the sensitivity of Eva Cassidy to the spine-tingling power of Celine Dion. And the most gorgeous human being behind the scenes.

Well this crusty old Resort Manager has finally taken the first steps to lsiting this business onto Face Book. I like to think I can keep up somewhat with all this technology (I do have an iphone) so we will see how we go here.

Boat Harbour Resort offers full tourist information and tour booking facilities. We book all tours operating in the area including Fraser Island and Whale Watching. We also arrange courtesy pick ups by the tour companies. We also have maps of the area free of charge and Fraser Island (small fee). If you're taking your own 4WD to Fraser and we can advise you on conditions, permits and camping.
